Expected work schedule for the Toledo Campus Minister : We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the annual IFI retreat. Pay structure for a Toledo Campus Minister : IFI provides training in order to equip Toledo Campus Ministers in personal fundraising. The Toledo Campus Minister will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Toledo Campus Minister can expect a salary of $24,960-$72,800 based on experience and other factors. Toledo Campus Minister Benefits : We want to bless our team with the needed benefits to stay in the harvest field! IFI provides paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, devotion days and more, health benefits (medical, vision and dental), and a staff care team to support the mental, social, and spiritual health of the Toledo Campus Minister. About the area and Responsibilities of a Toledo Campus Minister: The Toledo Campus Minister evangelize and disciple international students, scholars, and their families by building friendships, connecting with student associations, and hosting cultural events and Bible studies. The Toledo Campus Minister will also mobilize other Christians to serve on a campus ministry team, pursue creative ways to share the Gospel, and develop culture-specific outreaches. Qualifications needed of a Toledo Campus Minister, including Spiritual Characteristics The Toledo Campus Minister must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Toledo Campus Minister must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures. Education/Experience Preferred for a Toledo Campus Minister: Minimum of a Bachelor Degree Minimum of one-year involvement in campus ministry or completion of IFI ISEED Program International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a faith-based organization. Therefore, only those willing to adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies will be reviewed for this open position.
