As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and developing your store team to deliver sales results for the store. Our Leadership Training Program will give you the tools to be a Store Leader. Qualifications: Required Positive, upbeat attitude & professional appearance Excellent communication and follow up skills Entrepreneurial drive Ability to effectively and respectfully work with a team with diverse backgrounds Ability to work nights and weekends Technical ability to utilize our store tools (apps, email, Office, software) Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, drug screen and criminal background check Flexibility of working in either the Becker, MN or one of our Twin Cities locations.
