Description:

Shadow Hills Country Club is looking for an Equipment Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of the golf course maintenance equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inspects, adjusts, diagnoses and repairs mechanical defects in many types of gold course maintenance equipment. Maintains a preventative maintenance program on all equipment, purchases repair parts and replacement supplies as needed with appropriate approval from Superintendent. Performs mower grinding/sharpening, performs general overhaul of motors, reels, install and adjusts braking systems. Always maintains a clean and safe working environment. Establish safety procedures and maintain safety records for equipment operation. Demonstrate to staff the use of new equipment and train in safe operation and proper care and maintenance of assigned equipment. Advise the Superintendent regarding major equipment failures and/or replacement needs. Pay Range $20-$30/Hour.
