STNA Training Program Start Date: June 5th , 2023 Upon completion of the class, you will qualify to take the state licensing exam within 120 days to obtain your STNA license. What do I need for this role as an STNA Trainee with Jennings? Minimum of High School Diploma or GED No License/Certification required What will I earn as an STNA Trainee at Jennings? $11.00/hour while completing the training class $14.00/hour when STNA certificate is successfully obtained with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift What will I do as an STNA Trainee with Jennings? Participate in 3 weeks of training in the Earn & Learn Program beginning Monday, June 5, 2023. The first week of training will be Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. Week 2 will be Monday - Wednesday from 6 pm - 11 pm and Thursday from 6 pm - 10 pm and Week 3 will be Monday - Thursday from 6 pm - 10 pm. These weeks are split between online learning, on-the-floor practice, and classroom learning. The cost of the class and first test will be covered by Jennings in return for a commitment by you for one year of employment. Upon completion of the class, you will qualify to take the state licensing exam within 120 days to obtain your STNA license. Upon obtaining your STNA license, you will begin working as an STNA in either a Full Time Evening or Full Time Night position with us.
