We are a progressive non-profit organization with almost 180 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million. We are currently seeking a Community and School Based (CSBBH) Mental Health Professional/Mobile Therapist to provide direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families following family systems theory, social ecological theory, behavioral therapies theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, etc. Working in a team along with two Behavioral Health Technicians, the Mental Health Professional (MT) is the senior team leader and provides training and support to the Behavioral Health Technicians. This is a full-time position with non-traditional hours that may include evenings and weekends. Education/Experience Master's prepared, licensed or licensed eligible in social work or counseling. Will consider graduate student in last semester in one of these fields. Clinical experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses & Other Requirements Possess a current and valid driver's license issued by your state of residence and be able to operate an agency and/or personal vehicle safely during various weather patterns whether it be daytime or nighttime, Be at least 21 years of age and have a driving record that meets the requirements of the DCI Vehicle Fleet Policy. Have reliable transportation, as the job requires use of employee's personal vehicle.
