Sr. Management Analyst with an Active DoD Secret Clearance Location: Hybrid work from home flexibility. Washington Headquarters Service- Space Portfolio Division (SPD) Salary range of $125,000 - $140,000 will based on Experience and technical interview. Candidate must possess progressive experience and demonstrated accomplishments as a consultant, leader, and practitioner in strategic planning, corporate analysis, and optimizing results for businesses. Proven organizational leader with success in developing and motivating teams, creating a high-performance culture focused on the successful achievement of organizational goals, and optimizing results through organizational development, best practices, and providing appropriate professional development to staff and business solutions. Incumbent serves as a Senior Management Analyst in the Administrative Management for Space Portfolio Division at WHS. Conducts analysis to identify organizational systematic improvements in internal management processes that managers can implement and result in improved efficiency and effectiveness. Provides expert advice regarding analyses and appropriate strategies for collection of information/data and conduct of analyses. Plans and monitors execution of systematic management improvements/reengineering initiatives. Works with various internal and external takers and/or data calls as assigned. Assists in the development of information and exhibits and communication (overseeing) meeting minute submissions or budget submissions for the Identifies potential problems and makes recommendations for solutions. Required experience: Experience with Lean Six Sigma concepts Experience in Change Management with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Ability to work independently. Exhibit a professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with all levels of personnel. Superior communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and able to handle multiple activities with changing priorities. Master or doctorate degree preferred. Six Sigma Certification preferred. Active DoD Secret Clearance Required. Other Requirements (Must haves): US Citizen Active DoD Secret Clearance required. Master 's Degree or Doctorate degree preferred . 7-10+ years' experience Willing to work at client site (Pentagon) Hybrid Job Type: Full-time w-2 only Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13/14 grade level in the Federal service which includes conducting analysis for process improvement, plans and/or monitors improvements and identified potential issues.
