RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and/or provide guidance in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and modifications. Assist in negotiating and executing contracts, subcontracts, and other pre- and post-award agreements. Analyze contract modifications and provide recommendations. Review contract/subcontractor estimates, including proposed materials, services costs, etc. for accuracy and compliance. Develop contract letters, subcontracts and other communications and notices. Analyze contracts for compliance requirements. Review and analyze RFP terms and conditions and participate in proposal reviews. Responsible for development and maintenance of Project Setup. Provide management of contractual rights and obligations for new and revised contracts. Tailors Prime Contract flow downs and general terms and conditions to suit each procurement with assistance from management on sensitive or high-risk terms. Provide financial tracking and status reporting. Maintain contract briefs and contract work authorizations in accordance with contractual documentation. Ensure subcontractor purchase orders and subcontractor invoices are recorded accurately in Deltek CostPoint. Provide financial data and commentary for monthly Program Management Reviews. Review accuracy of invoices and travel vouchers prior to submission. Maintain contract electronic files. Review Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements in accordance with corporate guidelines. EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years of DoD contracting experience. Comprehensive contracting knowledge. NCMA other relevant contracting certifications highly desirable.
