Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining room. Recognizing and calling members by name. Assisting in all areas within the dining room as needed. Responsible for assuring that all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient and pleasant manner. DUTIES Assembles food on trays ensuring proper condiments and side dishes are provided. Assists in carrying food trays to tables. Resets for events. Replenishes water, drinks, butter, etc. as necessary. Removes soiled dishes. QUALIFICATIONS No experience required. Good Customer Service aptitude and willing to go the extra mile in satisfying members. Good attention to follow-through while serving members. Professional presentation at all times. Team Player with the ability to work well with other servers and kitchen staff in a fast paced environment.
