Rogue Valley Times and White Board Media, a digital and print media organization committed to "digital first, then print" coverage of Medford, Oregon, and the surrounding area, is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our digital advertising operation. Do you have the drive and determination to succeed? Would you like to take your digital advertising career to the next level in a fast-paced multi-media sales environment ? If so, please read on! Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Setup digital tools and systems for client advertising campaigns Develop Custom digital campaign reports Lead campaign reporting meetings with clients Identify areas of opportunity for each client's goals to be met Manage billing and advertising campaign fulfillment for multiple clients Develop client presentations in collaboration with sales team Manage multiple accounts and tasks daily Work with EO Media Group Sales Managers to understand a host of digital services, how to sell them and also to exceed quarterly and yearly sales quotas Stay current on digital trends Approving of all digital proposals before being sent out to clients Progress check-ins with clients to understand performance of campaigns and areas for improvement and upsells Understanding marketing funnels and the importance of performance metrics Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Broad-based digital media experience, including specific knowledge of one or more channels including Search, Social, Video, and Content. Organic social a plus. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internal software (stratica) as well as exterior software such as Google Drive, Google Business Suite and Facebook Business Suite. To be comfortable pulling and interpreting data in marketing analytics reports from software like Google Analytics. Sales experience, digital advertising experience and knowledge of SEO and website UX are preferred. Experience managing ad campaigns in Meta/Instagram and Google. Experience explaining KPIs.
