Shipping, Receiving, and Stockroom Clerk I ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Oversees and maintains current inventory. Prepare and reviews bills of lading and purchase orders Obtain shipping quotes Palletize equipment to ship via 3rd party shippers Performs inventory stock checks and other stockroom duties Performs shipping and receiving related duties Loading and unloading trucks as needed Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications and Education: High School Diploma or GED is required Previous shipping and receiving experience required Experience in aircraft industry is preferred Must have good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Must be able to take directions as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Must have a positive attitude, be team-oriented and have great customer service skills Must be able to adjust, move, or lift objects up to 50 pounds in all directions Must be able remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods Must be able to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Ability to work under pressure Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail The Shipping, Receiving, and Stockroom Clerk performs functions, or is immediately available to perform functions that are considered safety sensitive for the purpose of maintenance or preventive maintenance as defined by 14 CFR 121. Therefore, employment and continued employment with the company is conditioned upon full compliance with the company's Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program as required by 14 CFR Part 120, 135, 145 and 49 CFR Part 40.
