Position: Care at Home is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and problem-solving individual to fill a part-time, on-site Caregiver Scheduler position in New London, Connecticut (CT). 4-day work week! The ideal candidate will be a team player, reliable, organized, and have excellent communication skills. A background in home care scheduling is required . Schedule: Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday: 7:00am to 3:00pm Sunday: 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday: 9:00am to 5:00pm Responsibilities: Field incoming calls Create/maintain client and staff schedules Maintain excellent relationships with clients and caregivers Manage client and caregiver satisfaction (Q&A Calls) Perform and update care assessments as needed Conduct screening and intake calls as needed Requirements: Scheduling experience (required) Home care, nursing home, assisted living facility, or hospital scheduling experience a plus Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Proficient with using computers, Google web applications, Microsoft 365, and Outlook High school diploma or GED Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a national background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: 4-day work week Weekly pay Health benefits Paid time off Visit CareAtHomeNow.com to learn more about our agency.
