FirstLink is looking for a Part Time Call Specialist. This person will answer FirstLink's 24-hour Helpline, Crisis Line and Suicide Line providing crisis intervention, listening and support, and information and referral services. The Specialist must display exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A successful candidate will have some experience in crisis intervention or customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.We are currently hiring multiple team members for this position. The Part-time Call Specialist is able to work up to 29.5 hours per week.
