Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd, a progressive 100 plus year-old firm with offices in Roseville and Eden Prairie, MN is currently seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our team. Olsen Thielen's culture as a mid-size CPA firm allows for multiple opportunities and professional growth. We practice the 5 C's (caring, committed, continuous improving, confident and connected) with our clients and staff. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing efficient processing practices in our Tax Department. You may also assist in general administrative duties to support office, accounting, or other service areas. This position has some flexibility in remote work. Essential Functions: Tracks the flow of individual income tax returns, entering data into the logs Logs in, prepares for copying, scanning, start tax flow preparation and final assembly of individual income tax returns Monitors Tax Logs Handling some client emails, tax return requests and tax return delivery issues Handling Efile tax form requests/processing Assist in tax engagement letter process management Handling new client setup, portal requests Job Requirements: Secondary Education or High school diploma or equivalent 1- 3 years of related office experience Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills Experience utilizing office technical tools including office scanners, printers, and copiers Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks Effective organizational and time management skills Olsen Thielen is an Equal Opportunity Employer
