A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Front Desk Customer Service Representative, you play an important role as the first point of contact for our auto body repair customers. Always friendly, you answer phones and direct calls in our fast-paced shop as you accurately process payments and perform related paperwork. You have the honor of greeting our customers and checking their vehicles in and out. With a smile, you shuttle them where they need to go and keep them updated on the status of their vehicle collision repairs. You work directly with estimators and insurance adjusters to get them the right information throughout repairs. You get a great sense of fulfillment knowing that your hard work has helped our customers get back on the road! QUALIFICATIONS Excellent customer service skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks Acceptable driving record Are you friendly and personable?
