We are currently seeking Mid to Senior Level Threat Engineer/ Analysts supporting MDA SEU for our location in Huntsville, AL! In this role you will be performing threat model verification and validation (V&V) analysis to assess suitability for defined "intended uses" in Hardware-in-the-Loop [HWIL] and all digital Missile Defense System (MDS) simulation testing environments. Requirements: Master's degree in a STEM field and 3 to 10+ years of related engineering/system engineering experience Active Secret clearance Ability to interact effectively with individuals of different experience levels and backgrounds including government and external industry personnel Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Experience with modeling and analysis of complex systems Proficiency in MATLAB or similar analysis tools Strong analysis background Experience with Optical Signature Code (OSC) electro-optical / infrared (EO/IR) signature modeling What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Understanding of MDA Systems Engineering practices and procedures Threat kinematic and radar cross section (RCS) characteristics, with direct cruise missile experience Software development experience Cruise missile experience Knowledge of Linux OS TS Clearance Work Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL US Citizenship Required Qualified candidates should apply online at www.4mresearch.com or call 870-310-XXXX for assistance. 4M Research, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/ Equal Opportunity Employer and an active participant in the Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).
