Architect Support SpecialistBella Elevator LLC is looking for a talented and competitive Architect Support Specialist that is well organized and has the desire and ability to grow new business and achieve our revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with lead generation platforms, generating new interest, qualifying prospects and assisting dealer's sales teams with their product questions. Responsibilities Include: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to Architects, Developers and Contractors. Understand customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate dealer for further development and closure Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Work with lead generation platforms Track and Maintain leads Possess or gain adequate product knowledge needed to answer customer questions Requirements and skills High enthusiasm level and drive to succeed Strong organizational skills Proven inside sales experience Strong people skills, phone presence and experience making/receiving dozens of calls per day Proficient with web presentation tools Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively BA/BS degree or equivalent work and educational experience
