Role Description Kraken Kourts & Skate s is actively seeking Kraken Kaptains to join our crew. This role is comprise d of a combination of skills, blending hospitality, creativity, event production, and a passion for enhancing the guest experience . This role is responsible fo r representin g Kraken and our affiliated events that cater to our unique brands. Our Brand Ambassador s embody an "All Hands In" a pproach, an d are ready to assis t in various capacitie s throughout the venu e . It i s ou r goal to continually host world-class events, big and small, throughout the year. It is the role of the Brand Ambassador to provid e an unparalleled guest journey through each event. Responsibilities Greet ing guest s as soon as they walk through the door Provid ing guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods Maintain ing a neat, organized front-of-house environment Showing guests to their designated area and explain ing our policies & procedures Assist ing with opening/closing tasks and side work Maintaining safety and food & food and beverage quality standards Ensure all areas of operations are being tended to Party management and control Managing online ticketing platforms for internal data tracking and an elevated guest experience Managing rental counters and efficiently administering rentals for guests Keeping guests happy and handling complaints appropriately Building rapport with our guests and vendors Brainstorming ideas to enhance the guest experience Representing the company at events M aintaining a positive image of the Kraken brand at all times Collaborating with our partners when they promote their products in our units Sharing event details provided by the marketing and operations team s to ensure our brands are advertised effectively and efficiently Putting on a remarkable show, producing Kraken branded events. Job Requirements Commitment to and alignment with the company's core values Attend huddles to gain knowledge and understanding of our various events and locations Be a relentless perfectionist with a positive attitude who has a high level of attention to mastering the minutia and competitive spirit Ability to operate point - of - sales systems Keen understanding that a positive guest experience is imperative to success Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
