We offer our team members the opportunity to learn quality customer service, safety training, and equipment management along with great pay and benefits.What You Will DoTroubleshoot and perform repairs and scheduled maintenance on carwash equipment and buildingsAssist in the installation, programming, and testing of new equipmentAssist in training site managers on preventative maintenanceComplete field service reports for all repairs/maintenanceMaintain exceptional service with all team members and vendorsResponsible for maintaining company vehicle (if provided) including washing and inventoryWhat You Will NeedMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalentModerate knowledge of low voltage control circuits, basic 3-phase power, hydraulic,pneumatic, plumbing, and building maintenanceAbility to understand basic blueprints, electrical schematics, installation, and service manualsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills and the ability to perform work withoutsupervision or assistanceAbility to interface between equipment and computer programsAbility to work outside and in fluctuating temperatures and weather conditionsFrequently operate a computerAbility to climb and work from ladders at heights up to 20 feetLifting heavy equipment, twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting in and around small spacesAbility to be on call after hours and on days offA sense of urgency and dedication to minimizing site downtimeMaintenance technicians must pass a background check and driving history reviewA valid driver's license is required with no restrictionsAre You Ready?Are you excited and ready to join the fastest-growing car wash team in central Virginia?
