Habitat America, LLC is seeking a PART TIME OR FULL TIME Porter in Denton, Maryland for Riverwoods at Denton Apartments and Townhomes! This position may be part time or full time based on preference. Riverwoods at Denton is an 84 unit affordable housing community. This fast growing, property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region. This position is approximately 20-40 hours per week.Applicants who are qualified for this position have basic maintenance experience. Experience with appliance repairs, general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, drywall and painting are a plus. It is imperative that the Porter be able to work independently and also as a member of a team.This position is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and assisting the Maintenance Technicians when needed. In addition to grounds, the position will assist with technical maintenance tickets, assist with unit turnovers and be part of the after-hours on-call rotation. The Porter directly reports to the Community Manager.
