Crown City Tire Auto Care in Pasadena, CA is looking to hire a full-time Service Advisor to advise our customers as our auto technicians perform services and repairs. This auto care position earns a competitive wage of $20 - $24 per hour plus commission. There is the potential to earn $70,000 - $90,000 per year ! Watch this short video to hear what our employees think about working here! https://youtu.be/1rjv7wR8DMY A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE ADVISOR As a Service Advisor, you use your knowledge of cars and excellent customer service skills to ensure that each client is satisfied. You are the first point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store as you answer questions and explain services. Always an active listener, you build trusting relationships with our clients by working to understand their needs. As necessary, you schedule future appointments. If our customers have any concerns about something on their bill, you explain the charge and the reason for it. You present parts and services, prepare estimates, and communicate the process timeline. You work alongside management and other team members to create a safe and positive work environment. As you work, you prioritize maintaining a neat and organized shop. You love building relationships with our clients! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE ADVISOR Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a customer service position Automotive experience is not required but is preferred! Are you a team player? Can you build rapport with clients? Are you able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you always have a positive and professional demeanor? Are you highly organized? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
