Tara Pharmacy , located in Orchard Park, NY is currently seeking a full-time Collection Specialist to join our growing team. The position is responsible for collection of third party and private pay pharmacy billing for supported long-term care nursing facilities, utilizing third party insurance billing system. Retirees welcome to apply. DUTIES: Collection of third party and private pay pharmacy billing Third party/private pay aging reconciliation for supported long-term care nursing facilities QUALIFICATIONS: Possess a High School Diploma/GED A clear understanding of pharmacy account receivable payors and how they relate is a must Prior experience in collections and advanced excel skills required Experience with Medicare part D insurance and QS-1 pharmacy billing system a plus Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required Pharmacy experience a plus EEO/R/G/V/D Pharmacy, collections Job Posted by ApplicantPro
