Wilkes University invites applicants for an Assistant Director in the Office of Residence Life. As an integral member of the Office of Residence Life (ORL), the Assistant Director will be expected to uphold the mission and goals of the ORL, the Division of Student Affairs, and Wilkes University. The successful candidate is responsible for assisting with a residential program of 1100 students in 20 facilities. The Assistant Director oversees graduate assistants and paraprofessional staff in maintaining health and safety standards for the halls. A Masters Degree from an applicable field is required. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Residence Life, Database Management, and Student Affairs. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The University has approximately 2,000 students at the undergraduate level and over 1,500 full time equivalent students at the graduate and first professional levels.
