LSI seeks a people focused, results driven Director of Finance in Des Moines to provide leadership to our team and support our statewide programs and services. What You'll Do Responsible for management of the finance department, including all accounting, budgeting, payment and billing operations. Responsible for the accuracy of the organization's financial statement, audit and tax coordination. Serves as a member of the leadership team with specific responsibilities for providing leadership and operational management to the accounting, billing, and service line support and budget staff. Proven skills in system implementation and utilization of data analytics for reporting. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field of study required. Minimum of five years work-related experience with three of those in a financial supervisory/leadership position. Experience in non profit cost accounting and healthcare industry preferred.This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
