AR Collections Specialist

Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for accurate and timely customer invoicing. Review accounts weekly for work ready to invoice, create and submit invoices per customer specifications. Monitor and maintain unbilled revenue for assigned customers. Research misapplied payments and provide solutions or action items for accounts receivable specialist. Follow up on collections and maintain accurate documentation on each customer. Perform invoice and revenue reconciliations. Comprehension of customer contracts and the ability to apply the language to invoices being produced. Help foster an environment of continuous improvement in accounts receivable function. Performs and understands contract review and job setup. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1-3 years of related experience Exemplary work ethic and decision-making ability. Strong attention to organization, detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills in dealing with vendors and customers. Ability to multitask and manage time well.
