POSITION DESCRIPTION : The Assembly Worker position is responsible for assembling products, operating machinery and using hand tools to manufacture parts that meet required specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are as follows: Perform routine/repetitive assembly operations Using fixtures, equipment, precision measuring devices and a wide range of hand/power tools. Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to bend, stoop, lift and move objects, occasionally lifting some objects weighing up to 40 pounds Stand on antifatigue matting and walk on concrete continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
