Job Summary: The Customer Support Coordinator oversees and coordinates the activities of Procellis' technical support teams - ensuring clients and staff receive optimal support and service. You will set daily objectives and technical teams' schedules based on customers' immediate and planned technical needs. As the Customer Support Coordinator, you will be an important part of helping our technical teams reach their goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Duties: Consistently reviews and prioritizes service tickets to ensure prompt service resolution, escalating, when necessary, in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) Ensure completion of all required documentation in ConnectWise, Kaseya BMS and ITGlue Document internal processes and procedures and maintain an internal knowledge base of client issues and resolutions Identify patterns and issues in our processes and provide recommendations for improvement and automation ongoing administrative communication with customers and suppliers; keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes and agreed outages Tracking daily inventory changes and RMAs and communicate to billing department Tracking Shipment deliveries and communicating delivery status to stakeholders Maintain an up-to-date database of acquired customer inventory, as well as outgoing Coordinate rescheduling as needed to accommodate urgent support requests Continuous learning within ConnectWise University and other key system trainings to stay up to date with the latest changes Other related duties as assigned Required Job Qualifications: Strong Customer Service skills Strong Problem-Solving Skills Creative thinking Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Connectwise Ability to quickly learn and assimilate to other scheduling software 2+ years of Customer Support Coordinator experience and experience using CRM software Intermediate or Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Applications High School diploma or GED Desired Job Qualifications: Experience with Kaseya BMS (Business Management Solutions) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
