What You'll Be Doing: Write counterintelligence analytic products that adhere to Analytic Tradecraft Standards and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) Perform in-depth all-source research and analysis What Required Skills You'll Bring: BS/BA degree required, Security/CI fields preferred 8+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project Works independently and / or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems Secret to TS with SCI eligibility What Desired Skills You'll Bring: CI Analytical experience Proficiency with standard All-Source intelligence research tools such as: Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, open-source research, Pulse, QLIX, and / or Google Earth Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Knowledge of DIA Analytic Tradecraft Standards Experience working in a production center or fusion cell Authored or coauthored products that have been disseminated to the intelligence community Completed an Intelligence Analysis certificate from a government-sponsored training or academic institution (please provide certificate with course number) Production testing and/or data analysis experience Banner Defense, Inc. is proud to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
