INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION , a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Inventory Control - Office Support at the Corporate Office in Salt Lake City, Utah. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with corporate and branch management to deliver effective and accurate inventory. Deliver procedural documents and training materials to support company inventory and related goals. Provide remote training and procedural updates to 35 branches throughout the intermountain region including retail stores, agronomy plants, animal feed manufacturing facilities and a central distribution center. Provide support to branches and corporate personnel via phone, email, and screen sharing technologies. Monitor and evaluate cycle counts and audits and observe activities to confirm effectiveness of training and compliance with inventory control procedures. Provide feedback on both the success of the training and any suggestions to improve training materials. Provide feedback and suggestions for procedural changes. Assist with other training and audit activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience teaching both online and in person. Communicate orally and in writing. Experience documenting procedures. Experience working with management to improve inventory effectiveness. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
