Position Summary: The Benefits Coordinator supports the administration of all aspects of the US employee health and retirement benefit plans of Airbus Americas. This position assists employees with benefits enrollment and questions, verifies all insurance billing, maintains benefit plan portals, and assists as an internal expert for benefit plan administration, operations and compliance. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Plan Administration, Operations and Communication: 60% ● Support the administration of the company health and welfare benefits and retirement plans for Airbus Americas, Inc. and our participating entities. ● Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system. ● Assist new hires and qualifying life events with their enrollment into benefits programs via the benefits self-enrollment system. ● Assist employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit questions. ● Administration of vendor relationships, purchase orders, invoices and payments related to the Benefits budget and benefit plan operations. ● Track and monitor benefit payments, ensure all payments are timely made, and prepare monthly reconciliation to annual budget. ● Assist in completing benefits reporting requirements. ● Ensure that Airbus benefits policy complies with the laws and regulations. Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned: 40% ● Assist in obtaining statistics and information in the renewal process of any health, life and retirement plans that benefit the company. ● Assist with Benefit survey completion. ● Other duties as assigned. Education: ● High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in Human Resources or related field. Experience: ● 2+ years' demonstrated practical experience in the field of Human Resources preferred Licensure/Certifications: ● N/A Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities: ● Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint applications ● Knowledge in ADP Vantage preferred Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills. Technical Systems Proficiency: ● ADP Travel Required: ● 0% Domestic and International Eligibility: ● Authorized to Work in the US Clearance: ● None Decision Making, Complexity: ● Participate in business decisions that encompass benefit plan administration and compliance consideration.
