Why you should join our team as an Inside Sales Representative: The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for account management and growth within an assigned territory. The Inside Sales Rep will display excellent telephone sales and communication skills. This individual will also develop revenue generation through the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers and the creation of sales leads. This position will be responsible for opening new reseller accounts and develop existing accounts. This position will be based in St. George, UT and is full time Monday - Friday during business hours in the office. Work from home flexibility is available after an initial training period and upon manager's approval. Work-life balance is excellent with no after-hours or weekend hours. There is a huge opportunity for advancement in the company. This position has a solid base pay starting at $45,000+ plus the opportunity to achieve a very competitive bonus each month! A day on the job may include : Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base Collaborate with Sales Management to determine necessary strategic sales approaches Create and manage qualified opportunities where appropriate Maintain and expand the company's CRM for your accounts Ensure follow-up of leads with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events Make follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell Handle inbound Enterprise leads and convert them into sales Overcome objections of prospective customers Emphasize product features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales orders Coordinate customer training as necessary Attend periodic sales training where applicable Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position Build upon our team's spirit of ownership, fun, and excellent outcomes in a company that's been recognized five times as a Best Company to Work For in Utah This job may be a great fit for you if you have: Prior sales experience preferred Ability to qualify, develop, build and manage sales opportunities Strong customer service skills Able to establish and maintain customer relations Excel at verbal and written communication Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines Strong computer skills are required including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook) 2 year degree or higher preferred but not required CRM experience is a plus More information about Wilson Electronics: Who we are, our awards, and our mission and values.
