Position Summary The Aquaculture Manager Assistant will assist with duties related to the daily operations of the aquaculture research facilities. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Assist the Aquaculture Manager with responsibilities related to the daily operations of the aquaculture facility and aquaculture research as directed. Follow the established protocol and procedures of the aquaculture program. Assist with workshops and field day outreach activities. Assist with preparation for tours and field day events. Assist with facility and equipment maintenance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Interpersonal skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Willingness and ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a diverse group is required. Education and Experience BS degree or higher in aquaculture, biology, animal science, or closely related field is required. Demonstrated ability to manage aquaculture production system is desired. Experience of aquaculture research and production or management is preferred. Lincoln University is an equal opportunity employer.
