Operations/Father Engagement Manager

Description:
Position Purpose The Operations/Father Engagement Manager provides operational oversight, support and technical assistance to the Family Services Division which includes Advocate Supervisors, their staff and Child Inc Executive Staff. This position is also responsible for the content areas of family assessments, family partnerships and engagement, family outcomes, community resources and collaborations, service delivery, training and mentoring, monitoring and reporting, fatherhood program development and maintenance and providing best practices in working with families. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Social Sciences, Family Services or closely related degree. Two years of professional level experience in specialty areas preferably in a social/family service environment, leadership (coaching, mentoring, and training) experience is also preferred. Strong knowledge of local community resources. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, database, internet and e-mail. Valid Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance and access to transportation. Must have flexible schedule to accommodate family needs, may include some evening or weekend hours. Prior supervisory experience. Requires travel using a personal vehicle. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
