Financial Services Manager Offering Remote Flexibility Summit Consulting, LLC, is a firm specializing in data analysis, econometrics, and full-service federal credit support. We are currently expanding our consulting team and have an opportunity for a full-time, Financial Services Manager to join the company. The Financial Services Manager must have experience in working with lending and capital deployment programs for federal and state agencies, philanthropies, foundations, financial institutions, and mission-oriented financial intermediaries. The Financial Services Manager's primary responsibilities include: Full account management responsibilities, including ultimate responsibility for contract deliverables, invoicing, and reporting. Provide excellent customer service, advice, and consulting to our clients regarding measuring the performance of programs and processes. This excellent service is expected to lead directly to account growth. Lead and develop teams of junior and mid-career staff in implementing program and process analysis and writing up results. Ensure excellence in all work products developed by staff. Clearly articulate results of analysis in written form and in presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have: B.A. in a related field; Master's Degree preferred. 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of five years leading teams and managing revenue in professional services or banking environment. At least 2 years of experience in mortgage or loan underwriting, loan compliance, or asset management. Experience with HUD Multifamily or Residential Healthcare facilities mortgage underwriting strongly preferred, but not required. Ability to analyze and profile asset and credit risk based on financial statement and credit report review. Knowledge of real estate terminology and concepts. Excellent oral communication skills. Understanding of structured finance, including asset backed securities a plus.
