At Taco John's we hold the bragging rights to bigger, bolder, and better flavors. Now hiring at our 1611 Sunset Sq Ste 100, Norwalk, IA location. Hourly salary range is $15.00 - $17.50, with raises at 60-days and 6 months. Plus, the opportunity to earn training bonuses. This shift starts at 6:00 am. The Shift Leader (SL) requires knowledge of all operations in the restaurant, has supervisory responsibilities, and is expected to give direction. The SL should be capable of fully running a shift. It is important that they lead by example and maintain open communication with all other members of the restaurant's team, particularly the managers.
