Lizard Skins is looking for a Inside Sales Manager! This role is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinating with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Reaching out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offering special discounts and promotions, or providing essential account management services. Selecting appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers and achieve sales targets. Developing connections with customers and may conduct field visits. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, effective leader, and strong communicator who is hardworking and able to interact with management and various team members on a daily/regular basis. This candidate must be organized, focused, intelligent, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time. In this role you will... Identify new customers in the Sporting Goods Industry (Baseball, Hockey, Pickleball, Gaming and Lacrosse) and build the dealer network at Lizard Skins while hitting monthly sales targets. Contact all assigned sports customers quarterly to ensure needs are met. (phone calls, emails, teams calls, in-person visits) May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. Post daily updates to CRM. Participate in bi-monthly sales meetings. Answer incoming sales calls. Make 25 outbound sales calls daily. Generate new customer leads daily. Answer customer service questions and respond to all cases within 24 hours. Enter and process orders within 3 hours of receipt. You've Got What It Takes If You Have... Bachelor's Degree Typically requires 2 - 4 years of related experience. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills Sales and customer service skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Our Culture...
