We are looking for an experienced Program Manager lead our Buckland, MA residential group home. As the Program Manager you would be r esponsible for the management /coordination of on-going operations for assigned program to support the individuals we serve. Our ideal Program Manager will have strong leadership skills, a broad knowledge of human services specializing in working with individuals with complex behavioral needs. Additionally, you will oversee and support the development and direction of the direct support professional staff. Behavioral safety training certification, CPR, First Aid and MAP certified candidates preferred. Our goal is to help residents in our group homes live a connected, joy-filled life. Summary of Position: To manage/coordinate the routine day-to-day operations of residential supports for individuals with a range of disabilities through direct or indirect care, provision of case management and social work services, program coordination and supervision of direct support professionals. To ensure the attainment of individual and programmatic goals, working in collaboration with others to provide opportunities for individuals with a range of disabilities to fully participate in their communities as valued members. Implement supports provided in accordance with association policies, external regulations and in response to individually stated preferences and goals. Hours are Full time - 40 hours /week as followed: Tuesday 11a-7p Wednesday 10a-6p Thursday 11a-7p Friday 10a-6p Saturday 9a-5p * With flexibility needed based on program needs and on-call rotation. Q UALIFICATIONS : Broad knowledge of a related discipline such as social sciences, human services or business administration involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4 year college education. Over 3 years and including 5 years of progressive learning experience including demonstrated supervisory experience. Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications.
