We offer an excellent benefit package, competitive salary, and a great family atmosphere. We are seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join our company as an Operations Assistant. This position will be based at our company headquarters in Orange, California. You will collaborate with multiple team members, leaders, and stakeholders, participating wherever necessary to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Our ideal candidate has a wide range of applicable skills, from strong computer proficiency with office suite productivity, to attention to detail with data entry tasks. In this role, you may juggle multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Duties to include, but not limited to: Help with building upkeep, maintenance, and projects Assist with all Employee Appreciation events and Holiday events on property Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders Support IT with setting up meetings with our employees Update Phone Directory and Company's Organizational Chart Take inventory and order supplies into designated breakrooms Support the front desk, as needed Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Serve as back up for Marketing & Operations Team Education/Experience: A minimum of a High School Diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office 1 year of experience in Operations Coordinating Skills & Talents: Must be extremely detail oriented Customer Service driven Solid communication skills Work well in a team setting Thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment DMG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
