We go out of our way to ensure we meet our ratio guidelines **We met our staffing ratios 88 out of the last 90 days** Daytime: 7 patients/residents per nursing assistant Evening: 9.5 patients/residents per nursing assistant PAY RATE $21.00 (newly licensed) - $35.53 (licensed for 30+ years) $1.50 differential pay for all hours from Friday @ 2pm to Monday @ 6am Baylor pays for two double shifts (shift must be a weekend double) Our pay scale is based on the number of years licensed. Nursing Assistants not yet licensed start at $19.00 and must get licensed within four months of hire. Pay is increased to $21 immediately after your license is obtained. SIGN ON BONUS The sign-on bonus is for full-time employees only (30+ hours).
