Accounting Assistant Meyer Oil Co / Mach 1 is an Illinois based corporation owning and operating a chain of 23 convenience stores in Central and Southern Illinois and Indiana. We are looking for a detail-oriented and qualified individual to serve as a Full Time Accounting Assistant at our corporate office in Teutopolis, IL. The Accounting Assistant will perform daily accounting tasks as part of our Accounting team. Responsibilities will include managing the stores' price-book database (which includes thousands of UPCs), creating sales reports, and reconciling invoices, among other duties. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting Department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
