The full continuum of River Edge Behavioral Health services provides state-of-the-art treatment and support services for more than 13,000 children, youth, families and adults annually, who experience mental illness, addiction, co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities. River Edge is looking for experienced Hospital Discharge Liaison or recent Master's degree graduates in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or behavioral health related fields. Location: Baldwin County Duties and Responsibilities: The Discharge Liaison duties include building and maintaining relationships with discharge authorities, establishing trust within the community and with potential clients and families. Minimum Qualifications: COVID Vaccinated Masters degree in Social Work, Sociology, Criminal Justice, and/or Psychology. Candidates eligible for licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LMSW, LAMFT, LAPC are preferred. All applicants must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.
