Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for an influential leader to join our Finance Team as the Global Director of FP&A . The Global Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the Global FP&A team setting the strategy for analysis and reporting across the organization and will provide key insights to leadership. This role will have full responsibility for P&L and Balance sheet analysis including actual results to prior years and budget, forecasting of current and future years. This position will work closely with key partners to drive the financial planning process, facilitate the buildout of robust financial plans, and influence decisions through precise analysis and reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Forecasting: Leads the annual consolidated budget process which includes the development of key targets by region, top customer channel, and cost center. Leads the consolidated three-year plan model as well as five-year outlook used in goodwill and trademark impairment analysis. Aligns Wahl financial forecasting process with companies' strategic objectives. Develops key profit threshold Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) by region, channel, key customers and product segments, i.e. trimmers, clippers, and accessories. Manages monthly Global Operating Reviews which includes a full year forecast for each region, cost centers and manufacturing. With the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), develop channel-specific forecasting processes for the following key regions: North America Consumer, North America Professional, EMEA, Latin America, and APAC which is tied to "Align To Win" processes. Manage weekly and monthly regional Align to Win meetings coordinate with regional Managing Directors and Finance teams on consistent content and topics. Process Management: Leads a team of up to 6 members, with a dotted line to three of the regions FP&A leads in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Leads the monthly managerial reporting process for ELT and the total enterprise Coordinates monthly operating review meetings. Develops and executes processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance. Manages Wahl Direct Contribution Margin reporting and customer profitability and monthly DCM threshold reviews. Ad hoc analytics driven by CEO, CFO and Board of Directors. Reporting Responsibilities: Consolidated daily sales reporting utilized by ELT and global sales force. Maintain daily reporting distribution. Monthly ELT strategic initiative KPI's tracking update. Weekly sales and flow-through margin reporting used in weekly ELT meeting. Monthly Operating Report deck - Regional Sales P&L, Operational update - Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement Quality, and Cost Centers Manage monthly Ops report to be distributed to ELT and Board of Directors Manage Quarterly Board meeting presentations. Monthly Operating Report - Consolidated Update. Annual Budget package for Board of Directors. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance MBA preferred 10+ years financial experience, through public accounting/auditing and/or industry experience Lead with humility and with a respect for individuals. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship across the organization Sound judgement in assessing risk and communicating proactively Able to create and present financial information in a way that is meaningful to the business Ability to take complex information and present it in a simple, visual format Experience working with several types of financial institutions Extensive cash management experience and thorough understanding of banking, investments, insurance and employee benefits Ability to create and maintain complex financial models using Excel Systems knowledge and familiarity Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task Ability to travel up to 25% Why Wahl?
