Deeply Rooted to Serve Led by the values and mission of the organization, the Account Manager Assistant supports the Personal and Commerical Lines Account Managers with administrative tasks in the servicing of Personal and Commercial Insurance accounts. This position is located on site in Knoxville, TN WORK PERFORMED: Promptly assists Account Manager and Account Executive in servicing and retaining of Transportation Accounts. Works to ensure that client retention goals are met by assisting Account Manager in providing a superior level of customer service. Processes and send Certificates, ID Cards, Evidence of Insurance and Binders. . Processes, and invoices endorsements. Prepare accounting reconciliation; audit payroll/sales comparisons and quick coverage summaries as requested by insured. Obtains and edits driver, vehicle, equipment, and locations schedules. Orders Loss Runs as requested. Shares in phone answering responsibilities JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and organize tasks Ability to multitask PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent Active P&C license preferred but not required Prior insurance industry experience a plus Prior experience with EPIC a plus About Us Oakbridge Insurance Agency is a new kind of insurance and risk management agency with the mission to transform and elevate the way business is done in our industry.
