Chauffeurs are well-dressed, personable, and professional as they transport clients safely to their destinations. Chauffeurs transport executives, employees, guests, and clients in a limousine or luxury vehicle. Greet and provides service to riders. Provides smooth, timely transportation. May be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle. It may require a state-specific Chauffeur Permit-reports to Chauffer Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Driving and transporting clients Adhere to the Four Golden Moments of client contact. Welcome/Greet the client and discuss amenities. Confirm destination and preferred route. Ask for temperature or radio preference. Thank the client for choosing RMA Worldwide Follow DOT regulations where applicable. Maintaining Travel logs/ Fuel Vehicle Safety Management Passenger loading assistance. Vehicle Inspection/Safety checks Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted. AFFILIATE REQUIREMENTS Driver's license Insurance two COI's for our Errands Plus and American Limousine dba RMA Vehicle Registration Vehicle State Inspection sticker CDL with passenger's endorsements, REQUIREMENTS Chauffeur's Permit, where applicable Driver's license Attending routine compliance and customer service training.
