Assembles parcels for shipping by inserting items into shipping envelopes, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels - must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Manage delivery of local and UPS delivery packages. Acts as a receptionist by supporting all incoming calls to the corporate office and triaging to the requested agent or supporting department and covering our front office receptionist desk. Keen attention to detail to ensure a low error rate when sending packages out. Research and resolve client delivery inquiries. Make necessary system updates regarding wrapping instructions, 'attention to' contacts and delivery instructions as specific to individual client accounts. Maintain printing equipment and supplies. Performs additional duties, as required, including special projects. Takes preemptive action to prevent errors and waste. Here's what we're looking for: Work relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and able to effectively utilize available office management technology. Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities along with attention-to-detail with a high degree of accuracy. Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels internally and externally. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with flexibility and a strong sense of urgency regarding deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A positive and upbeat attitude. Must have the ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented service environment. Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues.
