We offer competitive pay and benefits, as well as a greatworking environment where you'll be supported and appreciated.The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in AR or accounting, with an eye for detail, greatcustomer service skills, who is comfortable working in a time-sensitive, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Necessary Skills and Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooksAbility to identify and resolve problemsAbility to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely, both verbally and in writingCPA not required Duties may include but are not limited to: Entering invoices into QuickBooks dailyVerifying, collecting, and reconciling deposits and invoicesMaintaining and updating customer filesResolving client billing inquiresCollecting of past due accountsOther duties as assignedThe position is Full Time, Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates.
