Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Territory Sales Manager (Athletic Surface products) in New York and surrounding areas in the New England area. Full-time sales professional wanted! Strong base salary + commission and profit sharing! A company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone are provided for the sales professional to cover their territory across New York and surrounding areas in New England. The Sales Territory Manager travels frequently and spends most days out visiting customers and creating new business for our athletic surface products. Candidate will work with government agencies, airports, consulting engineers, contractors, prospecting new customers and markets. The Territory Manager will be responsible for all track and tennis products and systems sold by Crafco, Inc., in this territory. This position offers a competitive base salary, plus commission, with an excellent benefits package including Profit Sharing, Matching 401(k), Health, Life, Disability, Dental, Holiday, Personal, Sick Time, Maternity Leave and Tuition Assistance. Job Duties: A bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience is required Minimum of 3+ years outside sales experience Ability to perform physical requirements such as equipment demonstrations, sitting or standing for long periods, and frequently travel within the defined sales territory as needed Ability to maintain a thorough knowledge of competition and competitive products and market pricing Excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must have practical presentation skills with both large groups and individuals A minimum of two years of experience in the pavement maintenance industry or related field is preferred Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to problem-solving and be solutions-oriented Must have a current driver's license and a good driving record Crafco, Inc. is an EEO employer and a drug-free workplace.
