The equipment operator position for concrete is critical as we build better communities by suppling better products. Here are some of the things you will do: Visualize and implement the Clyde Companies, Inc. vision and core values. Operate heavy equipment, load customers with material. Feed the batch plant with material. Greases, oils, and performs minor repairs on batch plant & equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools. Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work long hours and move at least 50 lbs.
