Schuyler Hospital is seeking a full time Manager for our Emergency Department. The role of the Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department provides leadership, guidance, supervision and support to the Emergency team; as well as direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles as needed. Requirements: Education: BS in Nursing or related field preferred, or similar qualifications based on experience Experience: Minimum of 1 year of progressive nursing management experience. . 1 year of Emergency Room experience Licensure: A current license to practice Nursing in NYS. Note: Per NYS regulations, all staff working in the Hospital or Seneca View must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
