This position oversees all communications relating to monthly billing, claim invoices, and customer payments. The AR position ensures payments are received, transactions are properly recorded, and discrepancies are solved in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. We are looking for accounting professionals familiar with accounts receivable, billing, and customer service who have the skills and ability to thrive in a face paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Completion of incoming Rental Agreements Filing and handling claim invoices Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments Creates new company accounts Supervise accounts to ensure accuracy Provide support for internal and external audits General customer service obligations Monthly billing paperwork Maintains and updates customer files Assist with any other duties assigned Skills and Experience Problem solver/solution driven Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly organized and good time management Discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information Attentive to details Must be able to stay on task Dependability: follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance Results driven and proactive; strong desire to own and execute area of responsibility with excellence Adaptability/flexibility to change as company requires Supervision: Moderate must be able to follow directions and work independently Languages: English fluency required Training/Education required: High school diploma or equivalent; with some college or degree preferred Experience required: 1-3 years related experience Work Environment: This role requires the physical demands of prolong periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Wages : $22.00/hour Must be willing to complete Background Check and MVR
