You'd be joining a team focused on healing our communities! Acenda is an integrated health care agency dedicated to industry-leading prevention, treatment and wellness services compassionately delivered to ensure that every individual, family and community achieves their greatest potential. Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is an evidenced-based family intervention program for youth ages 11-18 who are experiencing behavioral and relational problems at home and in the community. FFT is an effective treatment for a wide range of behavioral problems such as symptoms of conduct and oppositional and defiant behaviors. The ideal candidate is flexible, has a desire to work within a collaborative team environment and engage with families in the community. What you'll do Provide in-home therapeutic services to families using an evidence-based approach Provide culturally competent care to client populations Collaborate with system partners as needed Continuously assess client needs and adjust services accordingly What we provide Flexibility with your work setting and hours Competitive Pay CEU's and free training programs An innovative culture which allows you to grow and learn with the agency Participate in opportunities to learn and practice evidenced based protocols Supervision for growth and licensure What you'll bring to the team Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
